1. TERMS OF USE
Apartments in the center of Zagreb are a network of hosts/owners of apartments with the aim of mutual sharing and advertising. These Terms apply to all services that are provided directly, or indirectly via the Internet, e-mail or phone, through the network of Apartments in the center of Zagreb. By accessing, viewing or using our website and/or making a reservation, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to the stated conditions set by the network Apartments in the center of Zagreb.

2. CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES
The accommodation and facilities we offer are described in accordance with the official categorization determined by the Republic of Croatia, applicable at the time of publication of the program, based on data from the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network. Network apartments in the center of Zagreb do not assume any responsibility for information, in written or oral form, that is not in accordance with the description of services and content published in the programs, and that was received by a third party. The Apartments in the center of Zagreb network is not responsible for incorrect information provided by business partners.

3. RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION
3.1. By booking accommodation, the guest enters into a direct relationship with the hosts/owners of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network.
3.2. Reservations can be made online or by phone. The reservation is complete only after payment of the deposit (minimum 20%).
3.3. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Mreža Apartments in the center of Zagreb are not only rented for 1 night.

4. PRICE OF SERVICES
4.1. The current price of the services is stated on our website, as well as in the offer received through the online reservation system or from the reservation department.
4.2. All types of special services that are not included in the price are paid by the guest, and the guest is obliged to order them at the time of booking or by asking at the location.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify a reservation in case of abuse of the reservation system or if the reservation is an obvious mistake made by the user.
4.4. Prices include accommodation costs, tourist tax, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, brochures, city plans and final cleaning.
4.5. Free wireless internet is available in all rooms and apartments. The hosts are not held responsible for potential technical problems caused by the service provider.
4.6. Accommodation for an additional person is charged from €10 to €15 per person, depending on the apartment.

5. REGISTRATION/LOGOUT
5.1. On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 1 p.m.
5.2. Check-in time is between 13:00 and 21:00. Check-in after 21:00 must be arranged individually or as a self-check-in with key collection.
5.3. Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. or later, depending on prior agreement with the host.
5.4. Late check-out is possible if the apartment is available. The cost of late check-out can be charged from 30% to 100% of the apartment price per night.

6. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION
Guests are required to have valid personal documents. If the guest cancels the trip and thus the network of Apartments in the center of Zagreb suffers additional damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage. If the guest loses his or her passport during the trip, the cost of issuing new documents is borne by the guest.

7. PAYMENT
7.1. Payment for accommodation is made directly to the hosts/owners of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network before or upon arrival.
7.2. Payment can be made at the time of booking to the giro account of the apartment owner, unless otherwise agreed.
7.3. A deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Hosts/owners of online Apartments in the center of Zagreb can request a higher amount if the reservation is made for a longer period or for “last minute” reservations.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY IN NETWORK APARTMENTS IN THE CENTER OF ZAGREB
8.1. A deposit is charged to guests for cancellations, unless otherwise agreed.

9. HOUSE RULES
9.1. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, as well as to prevent possible disagreements, all guests must read the House Rules. After confirming the reservation, it is understood that you have understood all segments of the House Rules and that you will fully comply with them.
9.2. If the guest notices a defect in the damaged items, he is obliged to inform the host so that the damage can be repaired as soon as possible.
9.3. Guests are charged for all damage to the item, whether caused intentionally or unintentionally.
9.4. Use energy rationally.
9.5. In case of lost keys, the guest will immediately contact Bruno or +385 (99) 618 73 78 and cover the repair/replacement cost.
9.6. Before check-out, guests are obliged to leave the apartments and rooms clean and take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.
9.7. During their stay, guests must comply with the House Rules, which state that smoking, loud music and parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
9.8. Violation of house rules may result in a police report being filed by the tenant, as well as loss of rent paid.
9.9. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and hope that you understand that all these rules are mandatory, given that the Apartments in the center of Zagreb are located in residential buildings, and that the afternoon and night rest of the other tenants must be respected.

10. OBJECTIONS
It is in our interest that the guests are satisfied and that all complaints are resolved immediately at the location. If the situation is not improved after the complaint, the guest will request confirmation that the service was not provided, or that it was not provided in the agreed manner. The guest sends the complaint to reservation@zagreb-center.com. The guest is obliged to submit a written complaint within 8 days of the end of the trip. Hosts of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network are obliged to provide a written response to such a complaint. If the guest submits a written complaint outside the stated deadline, the hosts of Mrežni Apartments in the center of Zagreb are not obliged to take the complaint into account. Hosts only respond to complaints that could not be resolved on the spot. During the decision-making process, the guest irrevocably waives the right to mediation by a third party, arbitration by any institution, as well as the right to provide information to the media. Additionally, the guest waives the right to sue. The maximum amount of compensation per complaint can amount to the amount of the advertised part of the service, and does not include the service used or the entire amount of the arrangement. The guest and hosts of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network will try to resolve disputes peacefully, but otherwise the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Zagreb County Court. The applicable law is Croatian law.

11. RESPONSIBILITIES OF NETWORK APARTMENTS IN THE CENTER OF ZAGREB
The hosts/owners of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network will take care of the performance of services, as well as the selection of service providers, with the due care of a prudent businessman, and also take care of the rights and interests of guests, in accordance with the practice in tourism. The hosts of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network are not obliged to provide services outside of these Terms and Conditions and are not responsible for the loss of valuables and personal belongings of guests.

12. RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUESTS
Guests must ensure that they personally meet all the conditions prescribed by the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and adhere to the House Rules of the Network Apartments in the center of Zagreb. Guests are responsible for the resulting damage. The cost of the resulting damage is borne by the guest during or after check-out.

13. PRIVACY
The hosts of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network will retain all personal data that you provide while using our website or when making a reservation through other online reservation systems. Personal information may include your name, address, telephone number, credit card number and email address. To prevent unauthorized access, we implement physical, electronic and organizational procedures to protect personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration and unauthorized disclosure or access. The hosts of the Apartments in the center of Zagreb network use personal data and other data collected on the website to: (a) provide requested products and services (mainly for the purpose of processing your reservation) and (b) register guests in E-Visitor.
